Take on Challenges

Weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual challenges spark your motivation. These are fun short and long-term challenges that will get you out of your comfort zone and help you become more active. 

This Month

Run a least 30 miles (total) this month.
Each time you work out, take 1 minute to quietly contemplate your goals and good things in your life.
